Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for services and subscriptions purchased on Corepras.
1. Subscription Plans
Subscription fees for our Business and Marketer plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to premium features until then.
- Subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.
2. Campaign Funding & Payments
Funds deposited by a Business for a campaign are held in a secure escrow account. These funds are subject to the following conditions:
- If a campaign is cancelled before a marketer's work is approved, unused funds may be returned to the business's wallet.
- Once a marketer's deliverables are approved, payment is released and becomes non-refundable.
- Disputes over deliverables will be handled by our moderation team, who may issue a full or partial refund at their discretion.
3. Product Sales from Creator Shops
Sales made through Creator Shops are transactions between the customer and the original product supplier (the Business). Return and refund policies are set by the individual Business for each product and are displayed on the product page.
4. Service Purchases
Policies for services purchased vary depending on the service type. Cancellation fees may apply as specified by the service provider on the service details page.
